Staining results: The cell nucleus is stained blue purple; The cytoplasm of the basal layer, middle layer, and surface pre keratinized cells of the squamous epithelium is stained green, the cytoplasm of the surface incomplete keratinized cells is stained pink, and the cytoplasm of the complete keratinized cells is orange yellow; The cytoplasm of neutrophils, lymphocytes, and phagocytes is blue; Red blood cells are dyed pink, and mucus is dyed light blue or pink. Malignant cell nuclei are heavily stained, while highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma cells are stained pink or orange; The cytoplasm of adenocarcinoma is grayish blue.
