The KH-F type sealing device is a device that quickly solidifies sealed glass slides. This machine adopts advanced microcomputer technology, making the equipment more precise, stable, and anti-interference. Suitable for medical colleges, hospital pathology departments, medical research institutions, animal and plant and food inspection departments.

Usage:

1. Arrange the glass slides containing the organization neatly into the concave frame of the worktable, and hang the numbered part by the worktable edge;

2. Take out the glue bottle and unscrew the cone cap, cut a small section at the top of the cone, and drill a hole of appropriate size at the top;

3. Apply a small drop of glue to the tissue of the slide in sequence and cover it with the cover glass. Gently press the cover glass with your fingers to evenly spread the glue;

4. Turn on the power switch of the machine, use your left hand to sequentially feed the glass slides that have just been covered with the cover glass into the left hole of the machine. After a few seconds, the glass slides will automatically be sent out from the right side, and at this time, the glue is dry and solid.

Precautions:

1. The power socket must have a safe grounding wire;

2. Judgment of power supply when not working;

3. The glue box is specially made and cannot be replaced by other containers;

4. Pay attention to timely sorting out the sliding glass slides during sealing to prevent blockage of the outlet.
