In 2008, the company was officially registered as Hubei Xiaogan Kuaohai Medical Technology Co., Ltd. The relevant person in charge of the enterprise established the initial business and development strategy. In the early days of its establishment, Kuaohai Medical Technology mainly engaged in the field of pathological medical equipment. We formulated a development strategy that focused on research and development, production and sales of pathological equipment, and combined internet brand promotion with offline development,

In 2009, we successfully launched the "Fully Enclosed Vacuum Dehydration Machine" and launched it on the national market. This equipment product is highly praised by various customers in the industry for its unique design and excellent performance. The after-sales service provided by the manufacturer of Kuaohai Medical further enhances and enriches the company's product line, enhances market competitiveness and influence. In 2011, the "New Liquid Based Cell Production" innovation project of Kuohai Company passed the review of the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and was delivered to the National Ministry of Science and Technology as a scientific and technological innovation project in Hubei Province.

In 2012, Professor Xia Heshun, a renowned cancer diagnosis expert, visited Kuaohai Medical. Hubei Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Information, a national level scientific and technological novelty search unit, issued a scientific and technological innovation review report, stating that Kuaohai Medical's liquid based cell production technology is in an advanced position in the same industry at home and abroad. On April 12 of the same year, Kuohai Medical was selected as the exemplary organization of scientific and technological innovation, and Liu Gang, the head of Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City, awarded the scientific and technological progress award to the enterprise

As of April 3, 2013, Kuohai Company obtained 9 national patent certificates. In December of the same year, the Xiaogan City Administration for Industry and Commerce awarded Kuohai Medical Technology a contract abiding and trustworthy enterprise.

In 2014, the company built a modern production and processing base, a vast sea medical technology research building, and a production base factory.

In 2015, Kuohai Medical Technology was awarded the title of High tech Enterprise. "Kuohai Medical" was invited to participate in the High Quality Industrial Development Conference of Xiaogan National High tech Zone, and "Kuohai Medical" was invited to participate in the 21st China Scientists Forum. In the same year, Xiaogan TV conducted an on-site interview with "Kuohai Medical" and highly praised the research and development technology and production of Kuohai medical equipment. We carefully analyzed the market situation of medical equipment and clarified that "keeping up with changes in industry situation" should closely follow customer demand information and business dynamics, actively adjust product structure, and ensure the stable development of the enterprise.

In 2016, various sectors of Xiaogan City conducted on-site research and inspection on the manufacturer of Kuohai Medical Technology. Zhang Li, a member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee and Minister of United Front Work, and a delegation were conducting research on Kuohai Medical. Deputy District Mayor Shi Jun, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Bureau Zhang Yonglin, and Chairman of the District Women's Federation Wu Yali inspected the innovative enterprise "Kuaohai Medical" of the Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2017, Kuohai Medical Technology successively launched multiple pathological medical equipment in the Department of Pathology, and the number of enterprise orders gradually increased. In 2018, with the development and growth of the company, we made organizational structure adjustments and optimized management processes. At the same time, in order to enhance the company's strategic execution ability, we introduced multiple team management talents and marketing and sales talents, providing new impetus for the company's long-term development.

Since the establishment of the company in 2019, our performance has been steadily growing, and performance reports show that our core pathology high-end equipment business continues to grow strongly.

In the fiercely competitive market environment in 2020, Kuohai Medical was one of the few companies in the same industry at home and abroad that could develop and produce a complete set of pathological instruments and consumables. We insist on continuously developing new technologies to provide users with better medical equipment products and services.

In 2021, Kuohai Medical Technology continued to expand the production line of fully enclosed vacuum dewatering machines, as well as multiple production lines such as frozen slicing machines, biological tissue embedding machines, tissue dyeing machines, slicing machines, and spreading and baking machines.

In 2023, the Director and Chief Engineer of the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences are concerned about the development of "Kuaohai Medical". Kuohai Medical "was invited to participate in the 21st National Conference on Cellular Pathology at the Hubei Xiaogan International Biomedical Innovation Conference. Wu Qiong, member of the Standing Committee of the Xiaogan Municipal Committee and Minister of Propaganda, and his delegation inspected Kuaohai Medical.

In 2024, Kuohai Medical Technology expanded multiple series of pathological medical equipment production lines, further expanding the production scale of the enterprise, and the order volume of Kuohai medical equipment surged.
